Simply, meal prepping is the act of preparing meals out for the week ahead! Generally, your meal prep meals will last you up to 3-7 days worth of food.

But why?

Here’s our list, it’s convenient, efficient cent, reduces waste and reduces temptation to eat outside of your plan. Meal prepping gives you the chance to be able to eat home made meals without having to dedicate time each day to prep meals.

What can I meal prep?

Foods that we think may work well for meal prepping:

  • Cooked Meat

  • Cooked Beans

  • Roasted Vegetables

  • Whole Fruit

  • Fresh Vegetables

  • Nuts & Cheeses

  • Cooked Grains & Pasta

  • Cheese

  • Sauces & Dips

Now, where do I start…

We say start as small as you can. To start of with, we recommend packing your leftovers from dinner in containers to grab the next day. Once you start getting used to this, start dedicating 1-2 days a week just for meal prepping. This can be for breakfast, lunch, dinner or even on the go snacks.
